By accessing or using services provided by Streamsoft Solutions, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide web development, digital marketing, IT support, cloud services and subscription optimization. Scope, deliverables and timelines for engagements are defined in individual proposals or statements of work.
3. Payments & Billing Descriptor
Payments for services purchased through Streamsoft Solutions are processed under the billing descriptor XM SERVICES, which will appear on your credit or debit card statement.
If you have any questions about a charge appearing as "XM SERVICES," please contact our billing team before disputing the transaction so we can quickly resolve any issue.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please review that policy or contact us directly with any concerns.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, accurate information and necessary access to systems required to complete the work.
6. Intellectual Property
Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are transferred to the client upon full payment, except for third-party components and our pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamsoft Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
