Billing Questions First
Charges for services purchased through Streamsoft Solutions appear on your statement as XM SERVICES. If you don't recognize a charge or have a billing question, please contact us before initiating a dispute — we can usually resolve issues within one business day.
Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the stage of delivery. Custom project work is generally non-refundable once approved and delivered, while unused portions of subscription or retainer services may be eligible for prorated refunds.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@streamsoftsolution.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
