Refund Policy

1. Digital Services Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, once work has begun on your project, refunds are handled as follows:

For Project-Based Services:
  • Full refund if canceled before work begins
  • Partial refund based on work completed if canceled during initial phases
  • No refund once deliverables have been approved or project is complete
For Subscription Services:
  • Pro-rated refund for unused portion of service
  • 30-day notice required for subscription cancellation
  • No refund for partially used months

2. Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team with your refund request
  2. Include your order/project number and reason for refund
  3. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days if approved
  4. Refund will be issued to the original payment method

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom development work that has been delivered and approved
  • Setup fees and administrative charges
  • Third-party services or licenses purchased on your behalf
