1. Digital Services Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, once work has begun on your project, refunds are handled as follows:
For Project-Based Services:
- Full refund if canceled before work begins
- Partial refund based on work completed if canceled during initial phases
- No refund once deliverables have been approved or project is complete
For Subscription Services:
- Pro-rated refund for unused portion of service
- 30-day notice required for subscription cancellation
- No refund for partially used months
2. Refund Process
- Contact our support team with your refund request
- Include your order/project number and reason for refund
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days if approved
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom development work that has been delivered and approved
- Setup fees and administrative charges
- Third-party services or licenses purchased on your behalf
