Disputes must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of service delivery or payment, whichever is later. After this period, we reserve the right to consider the project closed and delivered as agreed.
If a payment was made via Stripe and you choose to file a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide Stripe with all communication records, signed agreements, and evidence of work delivered. Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent claims will be contested as per Stripe’s dispute handling policies.
If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a neutral third-party before pursuing any legal action. Mediation will be conducted virtually or in a mutually agreed location.
This policy is governed by the laws of Nevada, USA, and any disputes not resolved through the above channels will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Las Vegas, Nevada.
