1. Informal Resolution First

Before pursuing any formal dispute process, we strongly encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or misunderstandings. Most issues can be quickly resolved through open and honest communication.

2. Eligibility for Dispute

• You did not receive the service or product as described
• There was a delay beyond the agreed timeline without prior notice
• A payment issue occurred through Stripe
• The service was delivered with major, uncorrected errors despite revision rounds

3. Timeframe for Dispute

Disputes must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of service delivery or payment, whichever is later. After this period, we reserve the right to consider the project closed and delivered as agreed.

4. Resolution Process

• We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
• An internal review will be conducted by our dispute resolution team within 7 business days.
• A resolution may include revisions, partial refund, full refund (where applicable), or other mutually agreed terms.

5. Stripe Disputes

If a payment was made via Stripe and you choose to file a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide Stripe with all communication records, signed agreements, and evidence of work delivered. Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent claims will be contested as per Stripe’s dispute handling policies.

6. Mediation (If Needed)

If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a neutral third-party before pursuing any legal action. Mediation will be conducted virtually or in a mutually agreed location.

7. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of Nevada, USA, and any disputes not resolved through the above channels will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Las Vegas, Nevada.
