REFUND POLICY

At Streamsoft Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services. However, due to the nature of digital and consulting services, refunds are limited and subject to the following conditions.

1. Service Payments

Payments made for digital services including website development, marketing services, consulting, or subscription optimization are generally non-refundable once the service work has started.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

  • Service was not delivered due to company error

  • Client cancels service before work begins

In such cases refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refund:

  • Completed digital services

  • Consulting sessions already delivered

  • Marketing or advertising campaigns already launched

  • Custom website or development work already started

4. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to service suspension and account termination.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method and banking provider.
